consultancy
I work as an independent consultant specialising in gender equality, social inclusion and mental health, with nearly 15 years of experience in international development and UK policy contexts. My work includes qualitative research, programme and strategy reviews, evidence synthesis and advisory roles for INGOs, multilateral organisations and government departments.
Alongside this, I have a growing focus on the links between nature, wellbeing and social equity, an area that is becoming increasingly important for organisations responding to climate impacts, community resilience and mental health. I bring an interest in how environmental change affects people’s lived experience, and how nature-connectedness can support wellbeing in ways that are culturally and socially grounded.
I can help with:
understanding and addressing gender and social inequalities
designing or reviewing strategies and programmes
qualitative research and evidence synthesis
integrating mental health and psychosocial perspectives
thinking through the intersections of environment, wellbeing and inclusion
supporting organisations to embed inclusive, reflective practice
I welcome opportunities to collaborate with UK charities, community organisations and INGOs working at the intersection of inclusion, wellbeing and environmental change.
